OweNo is a bill-splitting tool that helps users divide restaurant bills among multiple people. The App uses optical character recognition (OCR) to extract information from receipt images and provides calculation tools to assist with bill splitting.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OweNo and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
